Very cool powerbank !
Nice design, compact and the idea (powerbank + hotspot) is just brilliant! Both functions work very well for me. It is coming with 1Gb per month for a year (global) so you can enjoy it directly for a big trip without extra costs. 2 things that can be improve: the cost of internet package (maybe add local ones, not just regional and global) and the power output (100w would be great but not a deal breaker at all). Conclusion: Happy with this buy, amazing concept but please review packages costs 🙂

Great idea for the right use case
What a great idea to pair a mobile hotspot with a 20Kmah power bank. I’ve been traveled internationally several times this past year and have always used an e-sim, but I had to get one for myself and another for my wife. The last time we were in Japan, our friends got one of those hot spots, but it had a small battery and barely made it through the day. This Baseus is a mobile hotspot that you can sign up your own plans and it has a huge battery, which should last the whole day. It also double duty as a power bank with a USB-A and 2 USB-C ports. It also has a USB-C cable attached, disguised as a short lanyard. The power bank can output 67W, which is enough to also charge my laptop, which is awesome. It’s a bit larger than other 20K mah power banks, but you get a LTE hot spot with it. It’s easy to use with separate buttons to power on the unit on and one for the mifi, so you can use it just as a power bank with the wifi turned off to save power. As for the hotspot, it comes with 12GB of global data included with the device, which is an awesome deal. Basically, 1GB available each month. I tried it out and although I did not get anywhere close to the 150Mbps download and 50Mbps upload, I also didn’t test it in ideal conditions. I was able to get enough speed to do the normal surfing and emails perfectly fine. I checked the plans and compared to the esim I got for Japan, I would say the plans are reasonable, but there are fewer options..Overall I think this combo device is a great value, if you need a hotspot and a large power bank. For me, it hot spot is a nice bonus and will probably use it the next time I’m traveling internationally or in emergency situations.

Great with a minor issue
It worked pretty well overall. A bit on the heavy side due to the 67w of battery power in addition to the hotspot function. Great to power my laptop! The concept of the hotspot is great because I have a locked phone but didn’t want to pay international roaming charges. While traveling in Scotland and the isle of Skye I had a few dropped spots. This occurred mostly while in a train and sometimes in a car. Once we were at a destination it was ok. I called customer service and they told me that this was because while traveling the device tries to get the best signal by switching towers and at times I had to reconnect to the hotspot.

Reliable Emergency WiFi + Power Bank Combo
This Baseus 2-in-1 mobile hotspot and power bank is an excellent emergency solution for travel, power outages, or working on the go. The T-Mobile-based 4G connection is stable and easy to set up — worked right out of the box.The 67W charging output and 20,000mAh capacity is enough to power your phone, laptop, or tablet, and the WiFi hotspot supports up to 10 devices, making it great for small teams or families.Only downside: limited data plan options. It would be nice to see more flexible packages for heavier data users or alternate carriers.✔️ Works without a SIM card or contract✔️ Charges fast and lasts long✔️ Super compact for what it offers✔️ Perfect for emergencies or travelGreat gadget to keep in your go-bag or glovebox — even better if future versions offer more plan flexibility.

Low quality, defective and deceptive description of device and capabilities
Unlike most of the reviews for this product, I paid full price for it so my review is honest. Not based on a product given to me for nothing. The display is very basic and did not display correctly straight out of the box. Battery percentage and charging showed nothing. The description of this device says it works with US carriers ATT, Verizon, and T-Mobile. IT DOES NOT!! There is no option except to pay crazy high prices for one provider of unknown origins. Very low quality power bank!

baseus hotspot.. cool
nice compact unit. measures approx 4.5″ x 2″ x 2″. with detachable usb cable/lanyard. display on the front will show battery power/charge status and wifi signal when turned on. controls are on the side in the form of a switch to activate the wifi and a button for the powerbank. unit works great as a powerbank and will charge 3 devices (2 usb-c + 1 usb-a). @ 30% battery it take ~ 6 hrs to fully charge. my meter shows it charges via the c1 input @ ~ 10/11 watts avg. regarding the wifi, when you install the baseus app you scan the qr code on the back of the unit and it will register the device. where i’m located in the USA i get 4G 5 full bars of signal. i selected the complementary plan options that are 1 yr. basically you get 1GB of data per month for 12 months which is fine because its just for emergency and that’s fine to be able to send email and other low data tasks. the app gives you a way to purchase data if need be.

Great Idea, But No SIM Flexibility Is a Killer
The Baseus 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot and Power Bank combo packs solid features for travel, offering portable WiFi that can connect up to 10 devices with a hefty 20000mAh battery and 67W charging. It’s super handy for global trips in over 150 countries without juggling multiple SIM cards or contracts. That said, a major drawback knocked this down for me: there’s no way to insert your own physical SIM card. This means users like me, who like flexibility with spare SIMs or prefer certain carriers, are stuck using Baseus’s chosen provider only. That’s a big miss for a brand known for practical, user-friendly gear. If you want freedom with SIM options, this isn’t it, and that’s frustrating. Otherwise, the device is sleek, reliable, and efficient for those okay with a locked-in network plan
