Amazing System
Over the past decade, I have utilized Annke’s video surveillance system, which has become my third installation. My primary motivations for replacing the previous systems were to align with contemporary technological advancements and enhance the camera’s quality. I am particularly impressed by the exceptional video and audio capture capabilities of Annke’s devices.Additionally, I would like to highlight the recent software and mobile application updates by Annke, which have significantly streamlined the system’s functionality. Pretty useless
Maybe it’s my own fault, but I assumed a dome camera would have the ability to pan/tilt. These don’t. You can set them to any angle when you install, but then they’re stuck like that forever. I had bought them to replace an older system, but my old system has pan/tilt and can follow someone walking through the yard. These also lack a microphone so they cannot record any audio. The picture might be better quality but in terms of features my 20yr old system can do more. I’m returning them and highly suggest buying a different camera that at least has a microphone.

Decent images but FLAWED system
Decent cameras but the system has serious flaws.The reset button and memory card slot are on the BOTTOM of the camera, and simply covered with a metal plate held by Phillips screws. Kind of them to make it easy for bad actors to exploit.The included cables are not shielded. Bad.Even with encryption enabled and unique passwords in place the system was hacked a week after connecting to the online service. Weak or no encryption is my guess.These cameras support a feature that allows one to create overlayed images. One can create an overlay of the normal scene which, when combined with poor night vision, makes one completely invisible to the cameras when wearing certain colors. Even worse, there are no outwardly visible ways to see or manage these overlays.The nvr has a video tamper detection feature but the perps simply limited the number of pixels they altered at once which didn’t set off the alarm.Oh and the cameras and NVR have different feature sets. Some features are only on one or the other so you have to check both.But, hey, I’ve got cameras.

No mic to hear noise/voices, great quality cameras. Moderate difficulty understanding the navigation menus.
