Impressive Smart Ring for the Price!
I’ve been using this ring for a couple of weeks, and I’m really happy with it. It looks stylish, feels light, and tracks my sleep and heart rate surprisingly well. The app is easy to use and syncs fast. Battery life lasts several days, which is great. It’s not medical-grade, but for everyday health tracking, it works perfectly. Totally worth it!

Returned immediately
Well it’s not accurate, it doesn’t work and the app is horrendous hence the 3.0 rating on App Store. The worst feature is it does NOT continuously track your heart rate.. why would you want a health tracker that doesn’t track heart rate?? All the features like blood pressure and heart rate require you to open the app and run an actual test that takes time to read them and then it stops..I wore it for an hour while working out and while walking, jogging and running I ran the heart rate “test” each time and it read the same heart beat every so apparently if I’m sitting on the couch or running on the treadmill my heart rate is 82-90.. when I put my hands on the treadmill handles the steps counter stopped. The instruction manual gives you zero information for set up or troubleshooting.

Sleek, Smart, and Packed with Features
This smart ring is a total game changer. It tracks heart rate, oxygen levels, sleep, steps, and more—all from a stylish, low-profile ring that doesn’t scream “tech gadget.” The app is easy to use and gives helpful insights to stay on top of your wellness. One of my favorite features is the gesture-controlled photo function—just double-tap your fingers and it triggers your phone’s camera. Perfect for hands-free selfies or capturing memories on the go. The battery lasts several days and recharges quickly in the included case. Bonus: it’s waterproof, so I don’t have to take it off to wash my hands or hop in the shower. If you want smart tracking without wearing a bulky watch, this ring is a fantastic option.

Pretty good !
I think this is a good value for money, considering the cost of a lot of other similar styles. I have been using this for about three weeks and everything seems great. It holds a charge really well- 3-4 days. I tend to charge it in my ca and that works great for me. I use it mainly for accurate steps which I have tested with different strides and it seems to be pretty accurate and doesn’t just read steps when I move my hand around. I think the blood pressure part is completely inaccurate. HR seems legit. Sleep is a good tool for average time. However, I do notice that it does not pick up if you take a nap regardless of time of day. Have recommended to a few friends

Good price and long lasting battery!
This is such a great ring for the price. I’m in a weight loss study and needed something to track steps and sleep, and while I loved my old Ticwatch it’s really difficult to sleep with. I was dubious of smart rings and thought most of them were all $$$ or would be really thick and uncomfortable, so I wanted to grab something affordable to test out. This fits great and is no different than a regular ring and feels really sturdy (I got the silver one). I use it to track my heart rate (every 30 mins) and blood pressure (which is fairly accurate but I trust my cuff a lot more), and it does a great job. It’s really great for sleep tracking, though. The app does not connect to Fit/Health Connect but is still solid and keeps a good record of activity — I’ve compared it to my phone as a step counter and it’s comparable, and the sleep tracking is similar to my Sleep as Android app that uses the phone, but even more precise. The biggest plus on this is the battery. I started using it on a Friday at 100% and by the following Wednesday it was at 48%. That’s with 30 minute tracking of heart rate and BP. I love the little case, too, which I think has its own battery and can charge the ring without being plugged in.

Not accurate
The ring is good quality and easy to wear. However, it is completely inaccurate. I may return this but I hate returning things.

very satisfied
I’m very satisfied with this smart ring. It looks modern and goes with everything, plus it works great for tracking heart rate, sleep, and daily activity. The battery lasts for several days and the app is easy to use. Ideal if you don’t like large watches but still want to stay on top of your health.
