Great ring, horrible app
Great ring, horrible app. It keeps disconnecting or takes forever to sync with the ring. And when it does, it still doesn’t show accurate info. Today’s fun twist is it’s showing that I’ve taken steps in the future. Very frustrating.

Not worth the money
Not compatible with nightshift. Only tracks sleep during normal night time hours. Steps are over 1,000 steps off from my Apple Watch at any given time. The one time it did track my sleep it didn’t pick up I was sleeping until a whole hour after, and said I was still sleeping after I was already awake.If you still want to get it, as far as sizing, that was more than two sizes off as well. I measured 60mm so I ordered a 9, 59.5mm, it was wayyyyy too big. My normal ring size is a 7.5 and I ended up having to re order a size 7.The ring itself looks nice and the color is hardly different than real gold, you could wear them together.7 on my ring finger, 9 fits my thumb

I still like it but…..
This is a lovely ring but it only stays charged for 24 hours. When I first received it it would stay charged for three days, now it is only 24 hours. At least recharging it is quickUpdate. The battery is just getting worse. I can not find a way to contact manufacturer. Do not purchase

Only worked for one month….
This product WAS great HOWEVER it only worked for a month… I purchased on Sept 18, as of earlier this week (Oct 28) it stopped counting steps and keeping track of accurate sleep. I would go on a two-hour walk, it counted my steps at 600 which is obviously inaccurate. That same day it said I had only slept for one hour and thirty minutes when I slept for 7-8 hours. I loved this for the first month when it was working. However, I would save your money because the longevity is nonexistent and now I can’t return so I just feel played:(

Device stopped working after a week
The device stopped working after a week. I did all the trouble shooting it said to do and it still won’t track my steps or sleep. The worst part is I cannot delete my existing data from it to return it, so I cannot get a refund without sharing my private health data. I know this is the cheap version, but I at least expect it to track my steps like the feature my phone already has.

Unreliable
This is very unreliable and without opening the app there is no way to confirm it’s tracking information. It times out and doesn’t track anything for hours. Other times it only tracks one feature (like bpm) without tracking anything else. I bought it to track my steps but that is the most unreliable feature. When it does track my steps it is pretty accurate, when compared to other tracking watches.

Don’t waste your money
Useless. Doesn’t stay connected and track my workouts. Doesn’t have hiit or weight lifting as a workout option. Also the app can’t run at the same time as my music. But even without the workout option selected it hasn’t tracked any heart rate increases or calories burned during a 45min workout. Said I had great sleep and never woke up at night when my sick child and pet actually got me up 2 times. This thing does not work at all. I think it just makes up the information.

You can’t arrange you sleep schedule in the app.The ring does not track right my sleep it’s make me wonder if all the readings are correct. You get what you pay for.Doesn’t mark my steps, it doesn’t charge fully.Super poo quallity. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!
