Perfect first action camera
This is a nice entry-level action camera. It doesn’t compare with the current offerings from DJI or GoPro, but it is also costs 1/3 as much as those cameras cost so you have to keep expectations in line. The picture is very wide and a bit distorted as a result. It doesn’t seem to have an option that reduces the field of view or distortion (like more expensive options), so you have to keep that in mind. If you’re using this for action sports, the wide view and distortion will be fine, but if you’re using this for vlogging or general video, it may be a problem. The picture quality is decent. It’s a bit overexposed with washed out colors, but it’s relatively sharp and detailed. The form factor of the camera is reminiscent of the original GoPro cameras — very small and boxy. It’s smaller than most current action cameras, which can be nice. One of the concerns you might have buying an off-brand action camera is finding accessories for the camera, but that is not a concern with this camera. It comes with a huge collection of accessories — even more than are listed here on Amazon. Some of these accessories are common mounting options, but some are unique like a wrist-mounted remote. I use this to record POV video of my competitions in IDPA or USPSA (firearms competitions). The camera is light enough to attach to the bill of my hat easily, and the wide view is useful. I don’t need perfect picture quality for these videos, so this works perfectly. This camera is great if you want to test the action camera waters or if you want to document events without the need for A+ image quality. If you’re looking for a camera to record beautiful travel/ landscape videos, you will likely need to spend more. Overall, this is perfect for my needs and I’m very happy.

pretty solid little camera
it’s pretty sweet. picture quality looks real nice, even in bright sun or shady spots. took it out in the water, no issues there, stayed dry inside. the stabilizing thing works good too, vids ain’t all shaky like my old one. the zoom is decent, not crazy far but gets the job done. touch screen is smooth, easy to mess with settings. wifi connects fast, which is cool for sending clips to my phone. remote control is handy, especially when it’s strapped to my helmet. comes with a bunch of little mount thingies, so you can stick it anywhere.

i use this camera daily without amy problems.. its juat as good as other big top name brand cameras.. If you cant afford the ones everyone is using this camera is affordable and easy to use and 4k recording is awesome..
