Does packaging prevent them from breaking when sent?
Our tumblers are shipped in protective boxes that are designed to prevent breakage during shipping. Despite our best efforts, there is still a risk of breakage during shipping. If you receive it damaged, we will be happy to send you a replacement.
Is it dishwasher or microwave safe?
Unfortunately, no. We recommend handwashing only to maintain the quality of the tumbler.

Large capacity and very sturdy
Excellent tumbler, with a large capacity and a well-made feel. In my personal case, it goes hand in hand with my work; I’m an information technology specialist. I’ve only used it for cold drinks, and its thermal insulation capacity is fabulous. It comes with two lids, a metal straw (very good for the environment), and a straw cleaning brush. The design is definitely remarkable. Highly recommended, even if you don’t work in the technology sector.

I saw this, chuckled, and I had to have it! While it does look good (and is good for a laugh!), it also works great. My coffee stays hot, My iced coffee stays cold. Love that it came with two different lid types, straw types, and a brush to clean the straw easier.

Overpriced For A Insulated Mug, But Great Idea For A Gift
I requested this insulated cup mainly for the humorous message written on it, which I found relatable as someone who works in the IT field. Following these basic troubleshooting steps can often fix about 20% of computer issues, so the message resonated with me. The cup is a convenient way to carry hot or cold drinks while working on a computer or traveling.When I received the item, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it came with two different style lids. One lid was the more conventional style seen on insulated coffee mugs, while the other had a hole with a little rubber piece where one of the two metal straws could go. The cup came with a straight metal straw and a bent straw, along with a cleaner to help clean out the straws. This was a nice touch, as metal straws can be expensive to purchase separately.I tested the cup with both hot and cold drinks. It did not keep the drinks hot or cold as long as advertised, but it did keep my coffee hot enough while I drank it. It also kept the water cold when filled with ice for a long time. The next day, the ice had melted, but the water was still cooler than if it had been left in a bottle overnight.If you are looking for a gift for someone in the IT field or if you value the humor on the cup more than its cost-effectiveness, then this cup might be for you. However, if you are more concerned about how long it keeps drinks hot or cold, then this cup might not be the best choice for you. Overall, I think the cup is overpriced for personal use, unless you value the humor like I do. As a gift or conversation piece, the cup is worth the cost, especially since it comes with an extra lid and metal straws.
