You can’t set date past 2023
I spent an hour tinkering with the date and time display by plugging the micro SD card into my computer as instructed. I couldn’t figure it out, I turned to Chat gpt for answers. After providing it with the exact camera model & info: It told me that this was a very common issue with these cameras: that the coding does not allow the date & time display to be set beyond the year of 2023. So all of your pictures and videos will display that year with whatever time stamp, for me that was a deal breaker. I tried various codes to remove that display entirely, even following steps using AI: it would not remove the display from the screen. Unfortunately I am returning it. I’m assuming the very high ratings are old, as this would definitely be everyone else’s experience as well.
