The HP Stream has been a very good purchase for what I needed: something simple, portable and fast for basic tasks. It is a lightweight laptop, easy to carry everywhere and starts pretty quickly. To surf the Internet, watch videos, do tasks, use Office and handle emails, it works smoothly.The battery lasts much longer than I expected, usually several hours without having to charge it. The keyboard is comfortable, the design is beautiful and does not get too hot. It is not a computer for heavy programs, but for everyday and school use it is perfect.If you are looking for something inexpensive, practical and reliable for simple tasks, the HP Stream is an excellent choice. It delivers exactly what it promises.

This HP laptop was purchased by me for my father. I helped him turn it on and register it. For me, the configuration and performance of this laptop are not entirely satisfactory. However, for him, who only uses it to watch news and TV programs, it is quite good. After using it for several months, he feels it’s okay.

BE AWARE AND NEVER BUY THIS LAPTOP!
I purchased this laptop in January, and by March, it was already showing major issues. The performance declined rapidly — it became unbearably slow, frequently crashed, and often struggled to open even basic programs or web pages. Using it has been incredibly frustrating.Unfortunately, I didn’t dig deep enough into reviews before buying and was misled by overly positive ones. After running into these problems, I did more research and discovered that this model is widely known for poor performance and reliability.I called HP and they told me that Amazon or 3rd party sellers modify the laptop from the original 4 GB RAM to 16 GB. This laptop is not compatible with 16 GB, and that’s why this is a piece of garbage.HP also informed me that there are many customers who are experiencing the same problem, but because the laptop was modified by a third party, they can’t honor the warranty or provide technical support for the device in its current configuration.I strongly recommend avoiding this laptop. Take the time to research alternatives (and maybe invest a bit more) to get something reliable. This one simply isn’t worth the frustration.

The computer works good, no setup issues but does not come with the extra gb for the storage. False advertisement.
