Amazing when it works…which apparently isn’t often.
I bought my first chili cube in 2022. I’ve had trouble sleeping for my entire adult life and temperature regulation has a lot to do with it. As soon as I bought my chili pad, I loved it. I loved the wide range of temperatures, the lack of thickness of the pad and the overall comfort it provided, even when I wasn’t using the heating or cooling function (which was rare!). The pad feels high quality and you can hardly feel the tubules that run through it. I have never had a problem with it leaking but the fit for the chili pad “for me” king size was not great. It would constantly bunch up and leave you with a portion of bed that was not temperature regulated. I was able to live with constantly adjusting it though, until it stopped working all together.About a year after purchasing, my chili cube starting showing random codes on the screen, flashing its lights and making strange noises. It stopped heating or cooling. I was devastated but the customer service team came through and sent me a replacement, as I was still within the warranty period. A year later, that one stopped circulating the water. As I was now out of the warranty period, they would not send me a replacement for free. I was dependent on the chili pad for sleep at this time so I forked out over 1k on buying the king sized chili pad with two cubes, so both my partner and I could enjoy the temperature control. I purchased this is in July of 2024. In November of 2024, my cube again stopped circulating water. They provided me with a shipping label to send it back and sent me a new cube as a warranty replacement. All in all, I was without a cube for my chili pad for about a week and a half. I’m extremely unhappy with this considering system is about 4 months old and very expensive. I shouldn’t have to be without it at all. I received the replacement cube earlier in the week and it also does not circulate the water needed for temperature control. I’m extremely frustrated with this situation, as I now need to wait for sleep.me to get back with me again to address this issue. This system is way too expensive and way too new to be operating this poorly. There are several other systems that are available now that offer similar temperature regulation that I would encourage you to try. I will be purchasing one of those as my next system unless the quality of chili pads improves. Going through 4 chili cubes in 2 years isn’t acceptable.Edit: 2/9: Both of our chilicubes stopped working again. We received replacements but one does not work. 13 days after requesting help, I still do not have a working chili cube. Video is of the replacement and the sounds it’s making instead of cooling and heating the water.

Poor product design and horrendous product support. Buy thru Amazon if you must.
I would strongly recommend that, if you are determined to buy this product, DO IT VIA AMAZON. The Chili pad arrived quickly and was well packaged but that was as good as it got. When we hooked it up the pumping unit would only take a small fraction of the water that was needed and would not circulate the water into the pad, although it did cool the water that we manged to get into the unit. The instructions that were enclosed were poorly written and basically useless. The website was designed as a sales tool and was essentially useless as well. The customer service number, was virtually impossible to find, though it is there if you are clever enough to find it. It took me multiple internet searches to find it and then, after 10+ minutes on hold we were disconnected (because they go home a 5:00 pm) After a call back and another 10 minute hold we were able to leave a call back message which was returned the next day. The agent had our order info from Amazon available but insisted that I email them extensive information on proof of purchase, serial numbers, problem description, etc. and then they would “look at the warranty and see what they could do.” The return, if agreed would be at my expense as well. She never suggested Amazon as a return option. However, all I really had to do was look at my Amazon order, click “Return”, print a label, box it up and take it to UPS. I returned it on a Tuesday and a refund was credited to my account by Friday morning. By the way, laying on the pad itself was similar to laying on a coiled up water hose. Bottom line, don’t buy this thing but if you do go Amazon.

Incredibly noisy with poor cooling and hard inner tubes
Such a disappointment! After quite a bit of research on how to get a better nights sleep I came across the ChiliPAD. It seemed like exactly what I was looking for. Boy was I wrong!First off the unit is incredibly loud. To the point that you need earplugs to sleep with it in your room. They keep saying whisper quite on their webpages and sounds just like a fan but it is so much louder than that. Don’t even get me started on having two units on at the same time. It was unbearably loud.Second, the inner tubes are quite uncomfortable. They are hard little tubes that run throughout the ChiliPAD and are very noticeable. I could live with them if they cooled well but…Third, the unit can only cool a fixed amount. I think it’s something like 15 degrees in perfect conditions. So if you are sleeping in a hot room during summer, don’t expect cooling temps. We had our room at 75 degrees and could barely keep the pad at 65 degrees!Overall I am just extremely disappointed by such an expensive item. I think that the “Tools of Titans” book has overhyped a very middle of the line product. I don not recommend it.

It works half the time, then stops working and the company just wants you to spend more money on parts to potentially fix it. I’m highly disappointed and would spend your money on a different product. It only lasted me less than a year and a half and didn’t even work that entire time. Horrible company, customer service, and will always break even when cleaning correctly. Don’t buy

I purchased 5! Chilicubes though Amazon from sleep.me. They are 4 yrs old. I had an issue with two of them within warranty and they were fixed by the company and sent back to me with no issues. Now I have one that needs to be fixed out of warranty and they do not fix them out of warranty not even with an option for me to pay for it to get fixed! these devices are very expensive and they still sell them on Amazon!!I complained to Amazon and they said they cant do anything for me!!THEN this company tells me I can buy a new unit with a 25% off coupon code!! So they want me to buy another unit from them! WOWThere are plenty of items out there to pick from find one from a different company that stands by their product!

I bought this as the hit nights in Dubai have always given me sleep problems.But from the first time I used this, it was simply brilliant. Easy to set up, quiet (I was expecting it to be loud) and kept me comfortable all night.Would recommend. It’s expensive (almost egregiously so) but it’s been money well spent.
