How to troubleshooting the issues with this product
1) Make sure the product is fully charged with the built-in plug. 2) Press the button, when you make sure that the product is tightly connected to your device. 3) Deplete all the power of the product, and then charge it for more than 24 hours.

How do you turn it off? Hitting the power button and it won’t turn off.
When unplugging the phone, the display screen of the power bank will constantly light on for 35 seconds and then shut off.

Great for traveling!
I absolutely love this power bank. I used it for a trip to Japan, and now I use it on all of my trips, concerts, and long car drives. I’ve had it for about a year now. It also charges pretty quickly as well! I love the multiple options for cords, makes it so easy to use for multiple devices! The quality is great as well!! It still looks brand new even though I’ve used it so many times! Definitely recommend! (I got the purple and its beautiful)

Favorite Charger
These chargers are my favorite. I love that they have 3 options for connection plus the wall plug. I have a bunch of these in different colors. They charge quickly. I use them mostly for phones and JBL speakers.

Great Investment
I now own three of these. They are amazing portable chargers. I often share them with students in school trips and can still charge my own phone. It usually provides two and a half full charges when it is 100% charged.

Not reliable
After only three weeks of the light, use my chart mask will not take a charge any longer. As soon as it registered 100% I would take it off of the charge. I am very disappointed as I bought some for gifts also! I bought it in July 2025 to use for my vacation in September. I came back October 15 and it was no longer working.

Super fast charging capability
This charge box is amazing and so worth it. All the attachments are connected for all 3 types mini USB type C and the older apple for maximum compatibility. It comes in handy as I work outside away from any other way to charge my phone or other devices. The speed is great my vape device can fully charge in about 20 minutes. I at first thought the cord length was too little. However I have changed my mind after use because it allows me to slip both the box and my phone in my pocket with out a bunch of bulky cord. It’s almost the perfect length.
