Great OVERALL product for your gaming/work needs.
This was exactly what I was looking for. My old headset was falling apart (the leather padding was chipping and the mic was getting stuck inside the headset). I am having no problems so far with this headset. The audio quality is great. There isn’t an echo anymore, and I’m able to play with my friends without them getting distracted because of it.All the buttons are on the headset so they won’t be accidently pushed (last headset, all the buttons were on the wire that connected the headset to the computer/controller. I would lean on it, either muting the sound or myself). It fits snug and I love that the padding is cloth instead of leather. It is of the highest quality and the value is right up there with more expensive models. I really am happy I purchased this lightweight headset.

Comfy/9
9/10 soundThe sound isolation, separation and bass in these is phenomenalThe battery life is nutty.Ex customizability, and all the eq is done thru the dolby atmos app.Comfort is solid, suspension system like steel series with fabric earcups instead of nasty sticky leather. These got bad reviews but don’t let some yt sellouts deter you from these.Easily the best headset I have used in the last 5 years of gaming for me.

level love the double speaker in the headset and the mute noise cancellation mic good for streaming and communication just if you have loud ass friends it’s not going to help them out but we’re on it’s pretty good love the quality and the weight and comfy

Terrible headset
Spent 20 minute trying to even get it to connect via ANY method. Wired didn’t work, Bluetooth didn’t work, dongle didn’t work. When I finally did get it to connect the terrible ai “noise cancellation” feature for the microphone just completely cuts off the beginning and ending of me speaking. The Alienware command center is terrible, the sound quality for $130 is okay, and why is there a lady speaking in my ear telling me if the headset or mic is on or off. It’s so annoying

Good gaming headset!
I love this headset! I’ve had it a little over a year and have loved it! It has good sound quality. My only downfall is that the mic isn’t the best it worked good at first idk what’s happened but sometimes people can’t hear me and I have to talk louder etc. Other than that it was worth the money! The lights change colors on the side, I have Alienware everything besides one of my monitor which is hp. I would recommend or buy another one of these. I’ve tried to hyper x and I didn’t like the Mic at all!

Buy it on sale
Headset felt very comfortable while wearing them. I would say they are worth it at the sale price that I had bought at, but not quite worth it at regular price. The sound quality was ok, but not great. I definitely liked the style of the head set. They were packaged very well and even though I ordered the Bluetooth version, it also came with a detachable audio cord. The mic connects and disconnects as you pull the mic out and slide it back in, which I liked as well. I seen one person write that you will need to download the Alienware Control Panel to control the lighting, but luckily I own a Alienware computer so it connects just fine with the control panel if you already have it on your computer. All in all, I would say by it on sale, not at full price.

Best Headphones I’ve ever heard at any price. It just happens they are a tremendous value.
I’m extremely impressed with these headphones. I have and have had most of the high end brands of headphone for one thing or another, (Beats, Astro, other Logitech G series, Turtle Beach, etc.) and while some of them had great connection reliability, but maybe lacked a bit in sound. Or perhaps the sound was amazing but the connection was susceptible to interference, and I settled for Logitech G Series Astro A50’s. They were good, but are susceptible to radio interference, and the sound is only OK +. When I plugged these Alienware Trimode headphones in, they were both installed with recent enough drivers. The Alienware Commamd Center (which I had installed as I am running an Alienware Aurora R16 gaming rig, plus an Alienware monitor and wireless keyboard. The Alienware Command Center found and installed the latest firmware for the headset, as it had with the monitor and keyboard when I installed them. The sound is amazing (these corrected an issue I was having where I couldn’t hear anyone talk in game. The sound is also superior to the A50s on every way the highs are higher and pincher and the lows hit lower than any headphone I’ve ever heard. These are a seal at $129.99 in the white, but a true value either way. I can’t recepkment them any more highly.

Great headset for the money (got it on sale). Well built, great sound, very comfortable. I always prefer wired headphones over wireless because of latency. Also don’t have to deal with battery issues later on. I own everything Alienware so plug and play is very straightforward. Love the RGB Color’s on the side. Mic is good for the price your paying. Only complaint I have is the fabric cups, after an hour of gaming or listening to music they become very sweaty. But overall a very good product from Alienware. Would definitely recommend.
