Worth the buy
Really nice machine, solid and built well. A bit on the heavier side, but solid built, screen is good and performance is top notch. Dell software is buggy, but that’s about it. Overall recommend! My only issue is the Intel sticker is stuck crooked , but no FPS loss!

Great for gaming
I love this computer. It gets really hot so you wouldn’t want to leave it in your lap if you are gaming. The battery doesn’t last long if you are gaming so you have to keep it plugged in. I also have had issues with the login pin as it randomly stopped working and won’t let me reset it. Otherwise the computer is great.

Great Laptop for the Price!
Great laptop for the price. Setup was quick and easy. There is no problem running the few games that I play, and the screen is amazingly bright and clear, and a nice touch to the keyboard. Also, and this was surprising, it’s very quiet. No noise at all from the cooling. Overall, I’m really pleased with the laptop.

I am happy with this laptop. I bought the cooling pad to make sure that I don’t get it too hot. It hasn’t gotten warm. Great laptop for my needs. Love the back lighting on the keyboard. It was easy to set up. Battery has lasted well. I am happy with my purchase.

It’s good but it has issues that I am not happy about it will freeze while on the web and it’s brand new…… so the issue has nothing to do with me but it those who see this and are thinking about getting it think twice because this was supposed to be made for gaming yet it freezes on the internet………….

Honestly it not bad.
Getting this laptop was a good idea, not only does it run smoothly. However, it can handle the type of games that I play. The only thing to be aware of is that it can get hot, so I do recommend getting something to elevate it from not overheating, like a laptop stand. Overall, it works well, and it has a nice weight. The screen has a good size and offers good quality if you watch videos or play a game with high resolution. I do recommend it to others.

It’s my first time buying a laptop in Canada. I used to have an Asus K555L, which I used for 10 years. I did a lot of research and compared many laptop models, including trying a MacBook. When I ordered this model, Amazon offered me great benefits, including a monthly payment plan 👌. I love it! I use it with a small fan nearby, and I live in a place close to the backyard too. 😀

The machine is good but heavy. I had very little battery life and overheating, which bothered me when working on my lap, so I had to return it.

I love it so far. Just a casual pc gamer haven’t played anything to crazy yet but fortnite runs amazing on it. Pretty fast in all aspects I dont have any complaints besides battery life but that is kind of to be expected for any laptop .
