Great laptop
This laptop has been great so far. It’s fast, super quiet, and really easy to carry around. The screen looks great, and the battery lasts longer than I expected. It handles everything smoothly. Overall, a solid laptop that feels worth the money.

Manufacturer Needs Better QC
The manufacturer must have AWFUL quality control. First one was a dud. Screen had lines on it; flickered multiple times per second. Replaced through Amazon. Second one showed up and wouldn’t connect to wifi. Every other device in the house could. Restarted the modem anyway, messaged the company’s included tech support through Whatsapp– that was 2.5 days ago and I STILL haven’t gotten a response. I managed to fix it after spending three hours going through a trouble-shooting guide from a Microsoft help page.Haven’t done any gaming with it yet, but initial performance at school is… meh. It’ll just occasionally chug when I’m typing or loading a standard Google search results page. Frame rate just drops through the floor. I shudder at the thought of what it’s like while gaming.At the end of the day, I got a computer with a backlit keyboard, a hi-res screen, lots of ram, an SSD, and a dedicated graphics card for $500 + the $70 one-year warranty for Cyber Monday. I suppose it’s not a total bust. I was going to buy a Chrome Book for school until I saw this was on sale for the price I paid.TL;DR: DO NOT pay more than $500 for this computer. The manufacturer is clearly better at stamping out computers than it is quality controlling it’s products.
