What can we do for you? 
Why does the screen flicker and automatically reboot when adjusting brightness/volume?
This occurs due to insufficient power supply from the adapter. The monitor requires approximately 15W at maximum brightness. To resolve this, ensure the power adapter outputs over 10W to deliver stable power to the monitor(e.g., 5V/2A or higher）
Does maintenance service cover screen broken?
We sincerely regret that physical screen damage resulting from accidental impact or mishandling cannot be accommodated under our maintenance service Stand, as this aligns with industry-standard guidelines for monitor products.
Why does my monitor only adjust the volume and brightness, and can’t even call out the menu？
This is because your monitor has entered the test mode.Please press and hold the center button on the monitor’s edge for 3 seconds to power off, then repeat the 3-second press to restart. Normal functionality will resume after restart.

Great During One Trip, But Now Won’t Power On
Lightweight, plug and play with case that acts as stand. It’s wonderful to have a large screen to do work on the go.✨Update August 23: I reached out to Ingnok customer care even though was out of the timeframe they are required to replace the item. James got back to me immediately. He provided a label for me to return the faulty monitor and shipped a new monitor. It is working beautifully so far. I’m so pleased with how professional he was and how easy he made it to make things right for me. Such a great company! 😊 Thank you James!!**Update August 2, 2024: I purchased this travel monitor specifically for a trip and used it successfully at three different hotel locations during that trip. It worked beautifully each time—just plug it in and it was ready to go. However, I haven’t used it since that trip, and today, when I tried to use it again, it wouldn’t turn on.Here’s what happened:The monitor worked flawlessly at three different hotels during the trip I purchased it for.But now, despite following the same setup routine, the monitor does not power on.I tested the power cord by connecting it to my phone, and it successfully charged my phone, so the cord seems fine. I also ensured all connections between the monitor and my computer were secure, but the monitor remains unresponsive.I’m extremely disappointed as the monitor was excellent during the trip. I’m unsure if this is a one-time issue or a sign of a more significant problem. I would appreciate any guidance or assistance on how to resolve this issue.

Decent 18.5″ portable monitor
This thing feels like a quality kit. The screen quality itself is not exceptional, but is certainly adequate for most needs. Image quality is not as good as on my desktop monitors or the one integrated into my 14″ ThinkBook, but seems no worse than most inexpensive laptops. The included cables cover all of the bases for me, whether driving it via USB-C or HDMI. The base doubles as a case that protects the screen. I can barely squeeze this monitor into my backpack along with my ThinkBook and it seems very lightweight for its size. I have taken it on airplanes in that configuration. These days, I use it full-time for work as a third monitor for my desktop computer, and take it on the road with the thinkpad when I travel. For the price, this monitor seems like a real winner.

Best cost vs performance portable monitor ever
This is ~3months usage review.Overall, I love it as compared to few other model that I purchased and returned. Reasons are below.- Good $65 pricing as 16in with 1920×1200 monitor. (Unbeatable!)- Bezel less design to match screen height with my Dell Precision laptop (Others was taller so mis-alignment made me annoying when move power point window btw laptop and portable monitor)- Low power consumption enables single USB-C cable connection to my laptop (Others required extra power supply otherwise my laptop keeps draining battery even I use 120W AC adaptor to my laptop)- Picture quality and brightness are good enough for business documentation purpose in home or hotel. (May be little darker if in office) May not be very accurate for picture/movie editing with 8bit panel.- Fast enough fresh speed as compared to 12.9in iPad PRO with duet screen share app (Wired connection mode) Now iPad PRO is backup or use it as third screen.- Thin & aluminum body looks solid. One minor downside to me was black paint came out easily when it was touching with my laptop during traveling- Convertible monitor cover is convenient. Not sure for long term durability. I do see some wear at corner little bit. Will see.- Aspect and resolution mode. I think this monitor is missing to support 1980×1080 mode if you connect 12.9in iPadPRO with USB-C cable so not accurate aspect ratio to watch movie. (Windows PC is okay to use 1080p mode) – So if someone expect to use it to watch movie with bigger screen from iPhone15. may have an issue. (Assuming same issue you see as my iPadPRO)

Lasted less than two weeks
It lasted less than two weeks. The screen cracked while in my backpack. I believe the screen itself is not supported well by the enclosure given the large size and any applied pressure, even inside a backpack might damage it. Unless you don’t plan to travel with it and keep it in one place, I don’t recommend this product. Maybe I got a defective unit? Otherwise try a different manufacturer or a smaller screen.

I absolutely love this product!!! It has made my dissertation research so much easier. It’s portable and it’s lightweight and I cannot imagine ever working with one screen ever again. This isn’t a screen in which you’ll be able to watch high definition videos, but it’s the perfect screen for research and to have multiple documents open. I recommend this to all of my academic and writer friends.

This screen is great. It has IPS glow which is unfortunate. But I can bring it to work or have it on the side connecting to my Mac Mini and use it like that. Small footprint. Plus the cover it comes with also props it up which is just genius. This can also be mounted on a monitor arm or wall. I love this. Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra can power the monitor on and be used as Dex mode. Only downside is brightness is limited unless you connect an external charger to the screen to boost it up. Colors are good. Not OLED grade but still passable.
